Information Protection

Orbit does not sell, trade, or rent your personal information to others. We may choose to share information in the future with trustworthy third parties to fascilitate your ordering process, however you can tell us not to by sending an e-mail message to info@orbitstyle.com. Also Orbit may provide aggregate statistics about our customers, sales, traffic patterns, and related site information to reputable third-party vendors, but these statistics will include no personally identifying information. Orbit may release account information when we believe, in good faith, that such release is reasonably necessary to (I) comply with law, (II) enforce or apply the terms of any of our user agreements or (III) protect the right's, property or safety of Orbit, our users, or others.

Online Purchases

When you place orders, we offer the use of a secure server, which increases the security of each transaction. Our secure server (SSL) encrypts all information you input before it is sent to us. Furthermore, we take steps to protect the customer data we collect from unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration, or destruction.

Credit card numbers are used only for processing payments the user requests through on-line ordering and are not retained for other purposes. When you submit an order on-line, your credit card number is submitted to the credit institution for normal, routine processing. Orbit does not collect your personal credit history information and we do not share credit card information with third parties unless compelled to do so by law or court order.

Cookies

Netscape provides the following explanation: "A cookie is a small bit of information that a web site stores on your computer. When you revisit the web site, your browser sends the information back to the site." A cookie does not contain any Personal Information. The use of cookies is not required to use this website, but it does enable guests use our site for on-line ordering.
